Our friends over at Voz.io have just picked up a seed round from Kima Ventures to the tune of $150K. “Closing this round of seed funding will allow us to vigorously pursue business development and user acquisition strategies” says Summann Gandham, co-founder and CEO, Voz.io.
Voz.io is a scalable browser-based call center & CRM solution targeted to SMEs that doesn’t require any investment to set up and no need of specialized hardware or trained personnel. Unlike their competitors, Voz.io has built their own infrastructure using modern technologies such as WebRTC.
Voz.io, founded last September by two entrepreneurs, Summann Gandham and Sergi Almar, is an affordable one-stop-shop SaaS solution for contact centers that allows companies to provide phone support in just one click in more than 40 countries. Thanks to their CRM integration, agents know everything about the calling customer right on the browser increasing the efficiency of the contact center. The solution provides features like: audio and video support without ever leaving the browser, intelligent call routing to the right agent or department, inbound and outbound call recording, call monitoring, analytics, KPIs and real time reporting. Sergi Almar, co-founder and CTO states: “We believe new technologies will change the way we communicate with customers and we want to help everyone improve customer satisfaction”.
“We are seeing new technologies, such as WebRTC, have a large impact on the telecom industry and Voz.io is leading this trend bringing the benefits of SaaS to this market.” said Kima Ventures. “Their phone support system leverages new web technologies to allow SMEs to offer high quality support previously only available to large companies, at a much lower cost with no setup or software required. We are very impressed by the experienced founders of Voz.io and what they have developed so far. We look forward to working with them to grow their business”
