Barcelona Growth Centre Celebrates Its Launch With Fest-UP Fall Edition

Fall has finally arrived in Barcelona and with autumn comes new changes. The Poble Nou building formerly known as MediaTIC is re-launching this month as the Barcelona Growth Centre. The innovative 6-story hub will be home to a variety of organizations and initiatives aimed at attracting more business to Barcelona and educating its citizens.

To celebrate the occasion, the Barcelona Startup Community Festival Fest-UP will hold their first Fall Edition event on Thursday, November 27^th in the mStartup space on the 2^nd floor. The Fest-UP Fall Edition will consist of the Barcinno Startup Expo, Startup Grind featuring Christian Rodriguez of ByHours, Fest-UP Awards with Startup Party at Astoria and a great lineup of workshops, keynotes and presentations throughout the day!

Back by popular demand, the Barcinno Startup Expo will take over the mStartup space and present 40 of Barcelona’s fastest growing startups to business angels, VCs, accelerators and the entire BCN community.

Barcelona startups that would like to present their project to investors, advisors, accelerators and more than 300 members of the Barcelona startup ecosystem can apply here.

Throughout the day we will have presentations, workshops and keynotes by some of Barcelona’s leading innovation groups such as Impact Hub, Startupbootcamp, Rousaud Costas Duran, Zinc Innovation Lab, and Social Media Trainwrx.
