We are looking for:
An event & marketing organizer to help manage our educational conference and marketing series for a global audience. Assume responsibility for 50+ events per year, throughout Europe, LATAM, and Asia. The position is offered as a contract consultant.
Role description:
- Build and manage our international conference series including driving demand, content and timeline
- Researching venues, price negotiation and managing logistics
- Develop the process from the start of the conference through completion and then continue monitoring results in our CRM and Event MGMT platforms
- Ensure that all required lead acquisition components are fully in place
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Experience in marketing and event management in tech/software industry
- Extremely organized, self-sufficient and detail oriented
- Event planning skills with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with different platform tools and systems
- Minimum Bachelors / Undergraduate degree
