Position: Online Account Manager
The Role
The GetApp Sales Team is looking for a passionate & results driven individual who will own a large volume of customer relationships. As an Account Manager, you are responsible for a portfolio of small to medium advertisers and the creation, management and optimization of their online campaigns on GetApp’s proprietary platform. You are in direct contact with the advertisers to ensure they are meeting their ROI objectives and campaign metrics. You will be required to report on overall growth based upon a set of given KPIs. You will report directly to the Director of Business Development.
Your Profile
You understand the general needs of online advertisers and publishers and you are able to manage a large number of campaigns successfully.
- You MUST BE NATIVE in English, written and spoken. (Non-native speakers will NOT be considered.)
- You are extremely organized and hard-working
- You like being part of a team, and being a main contributor
- You take a pro-active approach, with strong communication skills, to account management
- You have proven your ability to forge strong relationships with our customers and industry partners
- You have the ability to make decisions with little or no guidance when required
- You have a strong analytical mind, and are excellent with calculations and statistics
- You will have perfect knowledge of the different online advertising models. CPC, CPM, CPA, etc
- You must have run and grown several successful advertising campaigns in the past
- You have a BA in Business, Marketing or related field
- Understanding the SaaS industry will be a plus
Daily tasks include
- You will provide expert assistance to advertisers on how to measure and benefit from the GetApp advertising platform and provide expertise in general online marketing practices. You use a consultative approach to account management with the ability to sell on the “value” of the product
- You will help grow the overall value of long-tail advertising accounts, and you will identify large growth opportunities (cross-selling, up-selling) in order to scale your clients
- You will help create, monitor and optimize advertising campaigns for our clients
- You will follow up with clients by phone and email
- You will keep up to date with latest market news and industry trends
Your goals
- Reach the ROI goals of your clients, ensure a continuing relationship
- Meet and exceed the total revenue generated by your assigned accounts
- Grow the interaction with low usage users of our platform, to have them spend more on our platform
- Monitor and analyze the campaign results based on monthly performance reports and be able to optimize accordingly
- Provide high quality support to your clients in a timely manner, and ensure clients are maximizing usage of our service and tools
- Identify and suggest possible product enhancements based on usability and feedback received from customers
- Forecasting your business on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Ensuring all information (contacts, accounts) is up to date and properly stored in our CRM
