Yieldr Barcelona is looking for an ambitious Publisher Business Development Manager, who will be developing and maintaining relationships with key suppliers in our central sales countries; United Kingdom, Nordics, Poland and Turkey.

Job Profile
- Develop and pitch long-term partnership agreements with key strategic publishers
- Deal making with premium publishers to grow revenues on major accounts
- Daily cross-departmental analysis of key supplier performance
- Proactively manage existing relationships with premium publishers, ad networks, sales houses and SSP’s
- Consult with new publishers on the benefits and opportunities of working with Yieldr directly and via RTB Private Marketplaces
- Act as a consultant providing market-specific advice
Requirements
- You are fluent in English and preferable fluent in another language
- You hold a university or college degree (B.A. or similar)
- You have strong negotiation skills
- You have strong analytics capabilities
- You are a team player with a strong sense of responsibility
- You have experience in creating and executing a commercially driven strategy and preferably have an extensive network within the online industry
- You have a minimum of 1 year experience and a proven track record in online marketing/web analytics/automated media buying/Real Time Bidding
