Leadership Workshop: From Founder to CEOteaches participants to thrive in a rapidly changing, highly uncertain environment. The program also demonstrates how to apply tools and techniques to generate personal and professional growth opportunities.

The leadership skills needed in a startup differ from those necessary to run a stable executing company. Are you actively developing your skills as a leader?  Are you able to move people to action with your words?

About the Leadership Workshop: From Founder to CEO

Over the course of an engrossing 3 hour session, you will examine the strengths and weaknesses of your personal leadership style. This program leverages lessons in leadership from today’s top companies as well as your inner resources and innate skills to help you become a more effective leader.

After the session ends, we will encourage you to work toward achieving the leadership goals that you established during the program.

You will return to your organization with the confidence critical to take on greater responsibilities, an action plan specific to your personal opportunities and challenges, and a comprehensive understanding of how you can contribute to the enhancement of your organization’s performance both today and tomorrow and become the visionary leader tomorrow’s business world will demand.

Conor is an Entrepreneur and Teacher.  Conor has founded 4 companies.  He has sold insurance, private jets, education and even ice cream franchises.  He has been fascinated with human beings and why they do the things that they do since he was a little boy.  He is an Entrepreneurs’ Organisation (EO) member since 2007 and past-president of EO Barcelona. He is a Lecturer of Leadership Communications at IESE Business School (rated #1 worldwide MBA school, FT 2013).  He has a degree in Psychology and Artificial Intelligence – and his thesis was on the subject of hypnosis.  Conor is the lucky father of a wonderful 7 year-old daughter.  He blogs regularly at http://conorneill.com.
