The Barcelona Startup Ecosystem Rallies Around Fest-UP!

Fest-UP, running May 5^th–10^th, 2014, is a PLATFORM for the Barcelona Startup Ecosystem to show off their projects, share their knowledge and get to know one another a little bit better. It’s also making history as Barcelona’s first-ever CROWDSOURCED startup festival!

Since the call went out, there have been over 40 confirmed events taking place during Fest-UP week! The enthusiasm and city-wide support has been incredible and ALL of Barcelona is getting involved!

The idea is simple: one week of events, workshops, competitions and FUN to celebrate our amazing startup ecosystem and toast to our promising future!

Mobile World Centre will act as home base, but events are taking place all over the city including LaSalle, EADA, itnig, MOB, Generator Hostel, Barcelona Activa, Almogaver’s Business Factory, CAPSiDE, Apocapoc and more!

How To Get Involved:

Event organizers, hosts, and sponsors: submit your information here. If you have all the details – simply submit and we’ll include your event in the Fest-UP calendar and communication. If you need a venue, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Startups: Put your project in front of investors, advisors, future team members and other entrepreneurs at the Fest-UP Startup Expo on Wednesday, May 7^th at Mobile World Centre. Apply now to reserve your booth – it’s free, but space is limited!
